Allow Access to Messages

To ensure your Instagram account allows the integration to receive messages, follow these steps:

1. Open the Instagram App:

   • Launch the Instagram app on your mobile device.

2. Go to Settings:

   • Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of your profile screen.
   • From the menu, select Settings and Privacy.
     

3. Navigate to Messaging Settings:

   • Scroll down and tap Messages and Story Replies under the "Settings and activity" section.

4. Open Message Controls:

   • Within the Messages and Story Replies menu, tap Message Controls.

5. Enable Message Access:

   • Ensure the Allow Access to Messages toggle is turned on.
