How to Integrate Instagram with LenoChat
Integrating Instagram with LenoChat allows you to manage all your Instagram messages directly from the LenoChat dashboard. Follow these simple steps to set up the integration
What you will need
Switch to an Instagram Business Account
Ensure your Instagram account is set to Business to enable integration features.

Link Instagram to Your Facebook Page
Connect your Instagram account to a Facebook Page that you manage and ensure admin access for both accounts.

Enable Message Control
Activate Message Control on your Instagram account to allow LenoChat to manage messages. To ensure your Instagram account allows the integration to receive messages, follow these steps:
Open the Instagram App:
- Launch the Instagram app on your mobile device.
Go to Settings:
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of your profile screen.
- From the menu, select Settings and Privacy.
Navigate to Messaging Settings:
- Scroll down and tap Messages and Story Replies under the "Settings and activity" section.
Open Message Controls:
- Within the Messages and Story Replies menu, tap Message Controls.
Enable Message Access:
- Ensure the Allow Access to Messages toggle is turned on.
How to Connect Instagram with LenoChat
- Go to your LenoChat dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings and select Instagram Integration.
- Click Connect Instagram.
- A pop-up will appear prompting you to log in to your Facebook account.
- From the list, select the Instagram Business Account you want to integrate.
- During the setup, assign LenoChat as the primary receiver for Instagram messages.
That’s it! Your Instagram Business Account is now integrated with LenoChat. You’re ready to manage all your Instagram communications in one place! 🎉
