LenoChat allows you to receive photos and files sent by customers through different messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Here's what you need to know about supported file types and what happens when a file cannot be delivered.

Important Details
📷 Receiving Photos
• You can receive customer photos across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp normally.
• Photos appear inside the LenoChat chat window with a thumbnail preview.
📄 Receiving PDF Files
• Facebook Messenger: PDFs and documents are supported.
• WhatsApp: PDFs and documents are supported.
• Instagram Messaging: Not supported. Instead, a system message will notify you.
Instagram Document Handling
When a customer sends a non-supported file (like a PDF) through Instagram, you will receive this automated message:
"This is an automated message. You have received a message that could not be delivered to LenoChat. Facebook or Instagram does not support this type of message."
This lets you know that Instagram does not allow document sharing through their API.

Q: Can I download photos and PDFs received through LenoChat?
✅ Yes! For supported file types, you can view and download them directly from the chat window.
Q: What happens if a customer sends an unsupported file?
✅ You’ll receive a system notification, but no actual file will be delivered.
