Step 1: Install the LenoChat App
1. Go to the LenoChat Shopify App page
2. Click the Install button
3. You'll see a permissions screen showing what LenoChat needs access to (customer data, products, orders). Click Install to continue.
4.You'll be directed to the Join Now page:
• New to LenoChat? Enter your email, password, and company website, then click Get started free. You'll receive a verification email — click Verify Account to confirm your email, then log in
• Already have a LenoChat account? Click the log in link and enter your credentials
Step 2: Enable the Chat Widget
1. In your LenoChat dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify
2. You'll see a message: "The widget is currently not visible to your customers"
3. Click the "Go to theme editor" button
4. In Shopify's Theme Editor, open App Embeds (in the left sidebar)
5. Find LenoChat Chat Widget and toggle it ON
6. Click Save in the top-right corner
Step 3: Verify the Chat Widget
1. Back in your LenoChat dashboard, go to Step 2: Verify Activation
2. Click "Go to Website"
3. Open your Shopify storefront and confirm the LenoChat chat widget is visible at the bottom corner of your site
